El final de la reforma energética está animando a algunas de las principales compañías a buscar socios y a incrementar el nivel de integración gracias a los elevados niveles de liquidez que existen en el mercado.La compra de instalaciones solares y eólicas en lo que va de año supera ya los 1.000M y los expertos coinciden en que en el sector se producirán nuevas operaciones en los próximos meses. Después de la gran inversión de €2500M realizada por el fondo Macquarie en Diciembre al comprar Eon España, hemos sido testigo de varias  operaciones en el sector, hoy queremos compartir contigo las últimas.

 Kkr compra Gestamp solar

Kkr ha firmado un acuerdo de compra  a través de  suKKR Global Infrastructure Investors II, del  80% en Gestamp Asetym Solar,  su división de energía solar fotovoltaica.

Actualmente, Gestamp Solar está presente en 18 países y cuenta con 300 megavatios (MW) de proyectos fotovoltaicos operativos y en construcción, con una cartera adicional de 2,2 GW de proyectos en desarrollo

El cierre definitivo de la operación se espera hacia finales de 2015, sujeto a las aprobaciones regulatorias, consentimientos y condiciones de cierre habituales.

El fondo norteamericano ya es un viejo conocido del sector verde en España. En su lista de operaciones figuran la compra de 34 plantas fotovoltaicas a T-Solar en el año 2011 y la alianza con Acciona para impulsar sus activos renovables a nivel internacional, anunciada el pasado año.

Honorato López Isla compra Galenova 

El exconsejero delegado de Unión Fenosa y presidente de R ha querido formar un grupo eólico comprando la eólica Galenova a Abanca.

Eólica Galenova fue impulsada por Caixanova y el Banco Gallego. Al cierre del 2014, suma unos activos de 32 millones de euros, sin apenas pasivo (unos 3,7 millones), de lo que resulta una patrimonio neto de 28,9 millones.

First Reserve compra varias plantas a Warwick Capital Partners

El fondo ingles ha comprado 5 plantas solares en España por un precio de €80M.
