Hereinafter the term BAKER TILLY GROUP will be used to refer to any of the above companies, either individually or jointly.

2.1. The BAKER TILLY GROUP has obtained your personal data as a result of you sending them via the BAKER TILLY GROUP's website.

2.2. The BAKER TILLY GROUP will only process your personal data for the purposes indicated in section five of this document.

5.- PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

5.1. Your personal data will only be processed for the following purposes:

a) Include them in the BAKER TILLY GROUP's database relating to the employment exchange, for the purposes of the selection processes of the said group.

b) In the event that your professional profile is of interest to the BAKER TILLY GROUP, to contact you in order to include and manage your candidacy in the corresponding selection process.

c) Include them in the commercial database of the BAKER TILLY GROUP.

d) To respond to the issues raised in your request made through the BAKER TILLY GROUP's website.

e) To send you informative and/or commercial communications.

5.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data, i.e. the reason why the BAKER TILLY GROUP may process your personal data, is the consent you have given us to process your personal data.

5.3. The communication of your personal data does not constitute a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a necessary requirement for entering into any contract, and you are therefore in no way obliged to make such communication.

The only consequence of not communicating your personal data is that the BAKER TILLY GROUP will not in any case be able to: (i) include your personal data in its database relating to the job bank or in its commercial database; (ii) include you in its selection processes or manage your candidacy in such processes; (iii) reply to the questions raised in your request made through the BAKER TILLY GROUP website; (iv) send you informative and/or commercial communications.

6.- RECIPIENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

The recipient of your personal data is the staff of the BAKER TILLY GROUP who carry out the tasks described in sections 5.1.a), b), c), d) and e).

7.- PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

7.1. Since the purpose of the processing of your personal data is not the development and/or execution of any professional relationship but your inclusion both in the database of the job bank and in the commercial database of the BAKER TILLY GROUP for the purposes of future selection processes and for information and commercial purposes, such data will initially be kept for an indefinite period of time and until you so wish, as detailed below; and this is for your own benefit, since the holding of your personal data by the BAKER TILLY GROUP will allow you to be permanently registered in its database relating to the job bank, and consequently to be included in future selection processes.

7.2. Notwithstanding the above, as indicated in the following section, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.

8.- RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

8.1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by the BAKER TILLY GROUP at any time.

To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, you must send a communication addressed to the attention of the Data Protection Officer of the BAKER TILLY GROUP to any of the following addresses:

8.2. The withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data will not affect the validity and lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

9.- RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

9.1.- You may request the following rights from the BAKER TILLY GROUP at any time:

10.- EXISTENCE OF AUTOMATED DECISIONS.

PROFILING.

Depending on the purposes of the processing of your personal data, it is necessary, in order to achieve these purposes, for the BAKER TILLY GROUP to carry out in certain cases the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, and this is due to the need and importance of evaluating certain personal aspects of yours with the aim of analysing aspects relating to your professional capacity and your professional interests and preferences that will allow the BAKER TILLY GROUP to include you in the selection process that may be appropriate to your personal and professional characteristics, as well as to send you information and/or commercial communications that are appropriate to your interests and preferences. Therefore, the consequences of this automated processing consist of enabling the BAKER TILLY GROUP to include you in any of its selection processes and to send you informative and/or commercial communications suited to your interests and preferences.

(II) CONSENT CLAUSE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby expressly, freely and unequivocally consent to the processing, including automated processing and profiling, by the companies of the BAKER TILLY BUSINESS GROUP of my personal data provided herein through the website of the said group, for the following purposes:

a) To include them in the database of the BAKER TILLY GROUP of companies related to the job bank, for the purpose of the selection processes of the said group.

b) Where appropriate, contact me with a view to including and managing my application in the relevant selection process.

(c) to include them in the commercial database of the BAKER TILLY BUSINESS GROUP.

d) Answer me to the questions raised in my request made through the BAKER TILLY BUSINESS GROUP's website.

e) Send me information and/or commercial communications.

2. I hereby expressly, freely and unequivocally acknowledge that the companies of the BAKER TILLY GROUP, prior to giving this consent, have informed me of my right to withdraw this consent at any time, and that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the validity and lawfulness of the processing based on the consent that existed prior to the withdrawal of consent.
