Baker Tilly advises Solutio Outsourcing on its sale to Kirey Group

In April 2024, the acquisition of Solutio Outsourcing by Kirey Group (parent company of MPM) was closed. Baker Tilly M&A TMT advised the Solutio Outsourcing team in this transaction.

Through this acquisition, Solutio Outsourcing becomes part of a business group with a recognized prestige in the IT sector, while Kirey Group strengthens its position in the technology consulting market, expanding its presence and service offerings in Spain.
