Baker Tilly advises Coocrea on its sale to Grupo Castilla

In February 2024, Grupo Castilla completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Coocrea. Baker Tilly M&A TMT advised Coocrea's team on this transaction.

With this move, Grupo Castilla will enhance its 360º approach to comprehensive people management by incorporating Coocrea's businesses in learning, endomarketing, culture, and personnel:

Coocrea, headquartered in Madrid and founded in 2012, specializes in learning services, endomarketing services, and consultancy.

The company stands out for its focus on internal communication and talent development. In addition to in-person and online training products and personnel consultancy, it also provides content creation services for learning, current methodologies, and tools, applying cinematographic and storytelling techniques to projects. Through the operation, it seeks to combine its creativity and innovation with that of Grupo Castilla.
