Aernova buys Burulan
The aeronautical group Aernova has bought the company from Alava Burulan, specialising in the machining and processing of metal components with a view to strengthening Aerometallic's position as a Tier 2 aeronautical supplier operating autonomously in the global market.
Aerometallic's speciality is sheet metal, machining and surface treatments. With the acquisition of Burulan, Aerometallic diversifies and increases its capabilities by completing its offer to the market for metal skins, spars, ribs and other metal aircraft components.

Inser Robotica buys Brazilian company Sollutions Robotics
The Biscayan company Inser Robotics has bought Brazilian engineering firm Sollutions Robotics, is dedicated to the realisation of turnkey installations.
The purchase responds to an attempt to improve the quality of service that Inser Robotica provides to its customers. With this new acquisition, the automated systems, previously supplied by Inser from its headquarters in Bilbao, will be built and commissioned from the Sollutions Robotics headquarters in Sao Paulo, which means a great improvement in service, price, delivery time and product quality.
Inser has recently signed important supply contracts both in Brazil, where it is already a supplier to the two largest meat industries in the country, and in the United States, for the automation of the complete welding process of the Californian company Hannibal Industries.
Atten2 receives a round of funding from Iberdrola and CDTI
Atten2 is focused on the design, manufacture and marketing of sensors for monitoring lubricants in the electricity sector. Atten2's first products are OilHealth and OilWear, sensors for oil monitoring in wind turbines.
The company has received support from Iberdrola and froml CDTI with the aim of consolidating and becoming a benchmark in its sector.
This operation is part of the Innvierte programme under which Iberdrolathrough its corporate venture capital fund Perseo, and the CDTI, invest in companies whose activity is related to energy and the environment.
