Atrys es una empresa biomédica innovadora dedicada a la prestación de servicios de diagnóstico especializado y tratamientos médicos avanzados. ATRYS combina técnicas de diagnóstico de precisión en anatomía patológica y molecular, y diagnóstico por imagen online, con nuevos tratamientos para la oncología radioterápica. Tiene oficinas en Barcelona, ​​Granada y Madrid. 

Atrys Health enters Portugal with the acquisition of Lenitudes

Atrys Health entra en Portugal gracias a la buying a company del 91,7% de Lenitudes que se realizará mediante la entrega de acciones de Atrys por un valor de 17M€. Lenitudes es la la primera adquisición de Atrys en Europa y le otorgará una masa crítica en el ámbito de la radioterapia oncológica ya que contará con siete aceleradores lineales facilitando la planificación centralizada de tratamientos de radioterapia de alta precisión y reforzará el área de I+D en el ámbito de la oncología.

La integración de Lenitudes permitirá a Atrys introducir en Portugal sus servicios en el ámbito del diagnóstico online, tratamientos de radioterapia de alta precisión, diagnóstico de patología y genética y servicios de IA
