Unikal Tech Partners announces the incorporation of Neteris Consulting to its group.

In July 2023 Unikal Tech Partners and Neteris Consulting have announced the agreement whereby the consultancy firm becomes part of the group. Baker Tilly Corporate Finance has advised the Unikal Tech Partners team in this acquisition transaction.

Unikal Tech Partners thus adds the third highly specialised company to its group in just a few weeks and accelerates the building of a leading European IT group through inorganic growth under a Buy&Build model.

Target: Neteris Consulting

 Neteris Consulting, founded in 2008 and with offices in Madrid, A Coruña and Malaga, is a digital solutions and specialised services consultancy. It has managed to position itself as one of the leading companies in the design and implementation of business process management solutions, data analytics, transition to the cloud and managed services.

Neteris has more than 100 professionals serving its more than 250 clients throughout Europe. The Neteris management team will continue to lead the management of the company and will strengthen both the Neteris brand and its human capital.
