About Sistel

Sistel is an advisory services company for strategic projects and for the design and deployment of systems infrastructures, servers and storage management, computing, management software (ERP/CRM) and services based on data analysis (dashboards, predictive analysis and big data).

Headquartered in Alicante, Sistel has sales offices in Valencia, Castellón, Murcia, Madrid and Andalusia, from where it offers services to companies and institutions throughout Spain.

Its activity is divided into four business areas: Business Platform, Business Analytics, Business Software Solutions and Business Management. The latter, which encompasses all business management solutions, with proposals for ERP, CRM, treasury management, advanced production planning and e-commerce management, will grow by more than 40% this year and is consolidating its position as a fundamental part of Sistel's vision of digital transformation.

Sistel buys Sage_X3 division from Trece

The IT consultancy firm Sistel from Alicante has acquired the Sage_X3 consulting division of the Valencian company Thirteen Consulting and Servicesin a new step in its growth trajectory. Thus, the consulting team dedicated to Sage software will be integrated into Sistel's Business Management area, led by Francisco Bernal.

The purchase agreement includes the incorporation into Sistel of the current Trece Consultoría y Servicios work centre in Valencia, located in the area of the City of Arts and Sciences, which will become the new headquarters of the ICT consultancy firm in the Valencian capital.

The new acquisition allows Sistel to offer its services with a higher level of attention and support to its customers in the Valencian Community, as it now has offices in Alicante, Villarreal and Valencia.
