In the last month, the acquisition of Thinking People by Grupo Castilla has been agreed. Baker Tilly Corporate Finance has advised the shareholders of Grupo Castilla on the transaction consisting of the acquisition of 100% of Tkinking People.

Thinking People is a Spanish human resources consultancy. Within the Human Resources sector they offer products and services in the following areas: Training and Development, Personnel Selection, Competence Assessment, Work Environment, Internal Communication, Performance Management, Talent Identification and Management, Job Evaluation, Remuneration Policy, Organisational Development, Payroll and HR Software, etc.

Baker Tilly has advised Grupo Castilla, the HR software company, on the acquisition of the consulting firm Thinking People.

Castilla Group is a Spanish company dedicated to the development and implementation of Human Capital Management solutions, specialising in the development of software solutions. In addition, it has also announced the start of a new 3-year business plan that includes a major expansion strategy, combining organic growth and acquisitions, with the aim of reaching a turnover of 14 million euros in 2020 and 20 million euros in 2022.
