It is a American company that designs and installs commercial Energy Storage systems..

Dedicated to energy storage and founded in 2009, was acquired by Engie in May 2016.

In particular, Engie acquired an 80% stake in the shareholding of Green Charge Networks.

ELECTRO POWER SYSTEMS

Electro Power Systems in a a French company operating in the sustainable energy sector.

Specifically, it is specialising in hybrid storage solutions and microgrids.

 It was acquired by Engie in January 2018.

With this purchase it gained a majority stake in EPS, just over 50% of the share capital, as well as voting rights.
