The signing of private equity Spanish company Clave Mayor, has acquired a majority stake in the company Coalza Systems, based in the Valencian town of Massanasa. It is a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of high performance packaging machinery for food and other products.

Recently, and through Clave Mayor Corp.Industrial SCR Pyme SA, the private equity fund Major Key has become the new majority shareholder of the Valencian company Coalza SystemsThe operation was carried out with the professional advice of the firm Aktion Legal Partners and of Borealis, the financial arm of the Ifedes groupfocusing on finance and corporate entrepreneurship.

In this way, the company wants to strengthen its national leadership and accelerate the process of international expansion in markets such as the United States and Latin America. It also has in mind the development of new processes and innovative products in the sector.

It focuses its activity on the design and manufacture of high-performance packaging machinery for food and other products, and is a leading manufacturer in the vertical packaging segment thanks to its innovative products.. It also has extensive experience in various sectors such as snacks, ice, pulses, cereals, frozen foods and confectionery, as well as large national and international customers, especially in the food sector.

In 2017 it made a profit of €1.8m, and had a turnover of €8.5m, up 44% on the previous year, 2016.
