Emprendetur R&D&I is the programme that supports research, development and innovation applied to products and services in the tourism sector. The 2014-2015 call for applications will open soon, which is why we have decided to make an analysis of the beneficiaries in 2013.

The companies selected in the previous call are active in very different sectors, from companies offering ICT solutions to apps related to boat rental, but all of them have developed projects in the tourism sector.

Projects developed

 The projects developed have very diverse purposes, from expansion and improvement projects of what was the company's activity, such as Conectedtogo, to projects such as the one developed by Extra Software, a tourism app, which expands the services offered by the technology company.

Among the projects developed we find mainly apps related to the tourism sector, especially geolocated offers and experiences of other users and boat and mooring rentals, portable wifi providers and an online analysis and reputation service for hotel companies.
