Full-time RGSS recruitment of UNIVERSITY DEGREE technologists to carry out a specific R&D project.

Beneficiaries:

-Companies (including spin-offs and JEIs),

- Technology centres.

- Technological innovation support centres.

- Business associations.

Employment contract requirements:

The duration of the contract will be at least 12 months on a full-time basis.

-No other employment contract may be in force on the part of the technologist.

Technologist requirements:

-Holding the qualification at the date of submission of application

-In the case of a foreign qualification, this must be officially recognised by the competent body.

- Not to have maintained an employment relationship with the beneficiary entity or with any other entity related to it in shareholding or social terms prior to the publication of the call for applications.

- No more than 25% of the capital of the organisation applying for assistance.

Type of aid:

-Loans of up to 100 % of the financeable cost, at EURIBOR interest rate and a repayment period of 2 years grace period + 4 years repayment (total 6 years).

Requirements:

-It is necessary to detail the profile to be recruited.

-Guarantees must be provided above a certain amount (expected to be €200k).

-Maximum salary per person €50,000/year.

Concept eligible for aid:

-Recruitment cost (gross salary + employer's social security contribution) of the technologist, with a maximum of €50,000 and a minimum of the minimum interprofessional wage.

Compulsory training costs + travel, accommodation and subsistence costs related to face-to-face training.

- Indirect costs (max. 20%)

Fundable period:

Minimum duration of 12 months and maximum duration of 36 months.

Recovery of aid:

-In annual instalments (3 payments) in advance and without the need to present guarantees.

- The first will be carried out after the award decision.

- The second and third will be carried out after the publication of the list of beneficiaries of grants that continue to receive funding.
