Los inversores industriales lideran el ranking de operaciones corporativas en el 2011

Según las comunicaciones de Onetoone corporate finance, el 45% de las  2.734 operaciones corporativas que tuvieron lugar en el 2.011 fueron protagonizadas por inversores industriales.

Pese a no existir ningún registro oficial, en el año 2011 en España ONEtoONE computó 2.734 operaciones corporativas, un 12,7 por ciento más que en el año anterior.

Lo más asombroso es  que el 20 por ciento de esas operaciones las han protagonizado medianas empresas (facturación entre 10 y 50 millones) y que el 77 por ciento han tenido como actor a una pequeña empresa (facturación entre 2 y 10 millones).

Los grupos industriales lideraron en el ranking y protagonizaron el 45 por ciento de las operaciones, seguido del capital riesgo (35 por ciento), los grupos financieros (7 por ciento), los inversores privados (7 por ciento), los directivos (4 por ciento) y el sector Público (2 por ciento).

La distribución por actores, con variación de porcentajes, no ha variado en los últimos años, pero 2011 ha supuesto un retroceso en el protagonismo de los grupos industriales que en el año anterior participaron en el 61 por ciento de las operaciones. La explicación hay que buscarla en la incertidumbre que crea la visión borrosa de un horizonte de recuperación y en la falta de financiación.

Respecto a la tipología de las operaciones, en 2011, el 75 por ciento fueron operaciones de compra-venta, el 21 por ciento ampliaciones de capital, el 2 por ciento fusiones y el 1 por ciento operaciones con directivos (MBI / MBO). La crisis de crédito se manifiesta en el creciente peso de las ampliaciones de capital, que en el año 2007 representaban el 6 por ciento de las operaciones totales, en 2008 y 2009 el 13 y en 2010 el 18 por ciento.
