Dexis Ibericawhose headquarters are located in the Zaragoza logistics platform, has just acquired the Valencian company Intra Automation and Equipamientos laborales PROA SLin another of its steps into the industrial maintenance sector. In this way, the company is becoming stronger in the market, as well as offering added value to its existing proposition, by entering fully into the automation and robotics sector with a clear focus on the Industry 4.0.

Closing 2018 with a turnover of 102M€ and a workforce of 425 people throughout Spain, we are talking about the leader in the global offer of services and solutions, both in industrial maintenance and occupational health and safety. By 2021, Dexis aims to centralise all the logistics part of the business in Zaragoza and lead industrial distribution in the Iberian Peninsula.

The company arrived in the Aragonese capital in 1998, but did not boost its expansion until years later, in 2014. It belongs to Descours & Cabauda family-owned group based in Lyon and leader in industrial distribution in Europe. It has a turnover of around €3.8 billion, employs 13,000 people and is present in 13 countries.


The company is currently present in several countries in Europe and Latin America, although it continues to focus on Spain, the country that generates 75% of turnover and where it is the largest player in the Spanish market. leader in the deployment of fibre and cellular antenna projectsworking for large telecommunications operators and standing out for its strategic commitment to logical security and cybersecurity.

It was created in 1991, and in its beginnings it was specialised in the installation of fibre optic cables, as well as their installation and maintenance.


For its part, Liteyca is a comprehensive service consisting of the design, construction, installation and maintenance of all types of telecommunications networks and systems.backed by its experience and technological capacity.

Founded in 1983, it is one of the pioneering companies in the sector. From now on, it intends to focus on less mature sectors.
