Inycom, a Spanish company specialising in value-added technology solutions and services, has acquired Aralink, another Spanish company specialising in digital identity and electronic signatures, to expand its services in banking and digital identity.
The transaction will allow Inycom to advance its strategic objective of growth, expansion and diversification of services through cutting-edge technological solutions, as well as to reinforce and consolidate its presence in the financial sector, where it began developing technology projects in 1984.
The integration will allow further synergies to be established, as, in addition to the know-how, new national and international customers will be brought on board. In this way, Inycom will expand its knowledge and portfolio of services related to digital identity, both in consultancy functions and in digital identity validation.
