AcuityAds, a Canadian-based provider of digital media solutions, has agreed to acquire 100% from Spain's Adman Media for up to €12 million.

Among the vendors is the firm of venture capital is Inveready Capital, which invested in the company in 2011. Closing of the transaction, which is expected in the second quarter of 2018, is subject to customary conditions, including approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
