Smartup announces purchase of Internet Advantage
Internet Advantage is one of the pioneering companies in the development of Seo and Sem in Spain, which last September sold its Dutch Internet Advantage subsidiary to the French group NetBooster .
Smartup specialises in digital online marketing services and internet advertising products for companies and startups.
With this acquisition, Smartup consolidates as a group of more than 50 professionals focused on ecommerce, Mobile, Inbound Marketing, Online Reputation Management and Data Driven Marketing, with a turnover of more than 4 million euros and presence in Spain, Mexico, Colombia and Peru, serving a portfolio of prestigious clients. such as Zumosol, Pescanova, Ticketbis, Bayer, Chicco, Control, Global Exchange or Next Seguros in Spain and Linio, Miora, Conershop, Sindelantal, BlaBlaCar, Petsy, Inadem, Anahuac, Colpatria, Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, Casa Editorial El Tiempo or Cofide in Latin America.
"Internet Advantage is the company's second purchase, following its late 2014 acquisition of ecommerce specialist agency 4ONE, but the company plans to make further acquisitions if they find players in a suitable state of innovation," says Diego Gutiérrez of Abra-Invest.

Praedium acquires Markitude's 50%
