Acquisitions in the online marketing sector: internet Advantage and Markitude

Smartup anuncia la compra de Internet Advantage

Internet Advantage  es una de las empresas pioneras en el desarrollo del Seo y Sem en España, que ya el pasado mes de septiembre vendió su  filial holandesa de Internet Advantage al grupo francés NetBooster .

 Smartup está especializada en servicios digitales de marketing online y productos de publicidad en Internet para empresas y Startup.

Con esta compra, Smartup se consolida como un grupo de más de 50 profesionales enfocados en ecommerce, Mobile, Inbound Marketing, Online Reputation Management y Data Driven Marketing,  con una facturación superior a 4 millones de euros y  presencia en España, México, Colombia y Perú, dando servicio a una cartera de clientes de reconocido prestigio como Zumosol, Pescanova, Ticketbis, Bayer, Chicco, Control, Global Exchange o Next Seguros en España y Linio, Miora, Conershop, Sindelantal, BlaBlaCar, Petsy, Inadem, Anahuac, Colpatria, Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, Casa Editorial El Tiempo o Cofide en Latinoamérica.

“Internet Advantage es la segunda compra de la compañía, después de haber comprado a finales de 2014 de la agencia especialista en ecommerce 4ONE, pero la empresa tiene previsto realizar más compras si encuentran players en un adecuado estado de innovación” comenta Diego Gutiérrez de Abra-Invest.

 "La especialización y la internacionalización son claves para mantener la competitividad en el mercado y es hacia donde vamos caminando", explica Elena Rodríguez, de Internet Advantage.

 

Praedium compra el 50% de Markitude

El grupo de inversión Praedium que tradicionalmente ha invertido en la industria de la moda , ha decidido invertir en Markitude,  plataforma de marketing y datos que ayuda a los negocios a dominar el marketing digital para atraer a clientes actuales y potenciales a través de una aplicación cloud.

Markitude desarrollará nuevas soluciones B2C para gestión de datos a gran escala que se integrarán con herramientas de marketing B2B. La oferta de suscripción en la nube se venderá principalmente a empresas verticales, como retailers, empresas de consumo, turismo, del sector de la salud y de la educación o la automoción, entre otros.

Por otro lado, Markitude espera empezar pronto operaciones en México y Estados Unidos. A medio plazo se operará también en Japón, la tercera mayor economía del mundo y un referente tecnológico especialmente en servicios financieros y seguros.

 Netvision compra Comunicare

Netvision, la compañía de servicios integrales para particulares y autónomos, ha realizado la compra más grande de una agencia de marketing online en España con la adquisición de Comunicare.

Con esta operación, el grupo PFA completa así su oferta de servicios de asesoría, gestora, prevención de riesgos, diseño, desarrollo web, protección de datos y, ahora también de marketing, a sus más de 40.000 clientes.
