Nuevos métodos financiados por 198 inversores

Es por eso que las empresas están encontrando tantos métodos diferentes de conectar con gente con talento con los trabajos perfectos (y fidelizarlos), y los inversores de capital de riesgo han tomado nota. En la última década, 198 inversores de capital riesgo han financiado empresas de servicios de capital humano con sede en EE.UU., de acuerdo con la Plataforma PitchBook. De los inversores, 40 tienen entre $ 50 millones y $ 500 millones en activos bajo gestión, y otros 51 tienen entre US $ 1 mil millones y $ 10 mil millones. Además, más de la mitad de todos los inversores han completado al menos un acuerdo en la industria en los últimos dos años.

En España también hay movimiento

Se dedica al tratamiento del Big data orientado al reclutamiento, utilizando algoritmos y funciona como un consultor de reclutamiento virtual o asistente personal, que identifica y reconoce patrones lingüísticos dentro de la estructura y la redacción de ambas ofertas de empleo y currículos." comenta Diego Gutierrez experto en financiación alternativa en ABRA INVEST.

"También el mes pasado vimos la inversión en Traity por parte de Latam Digital y otros inversores relevantes como 500startups o Bertelsmann. Esta startup ofrece una tecnología de medición de características de la personalidad para crear perfiles estadísticamente significativos de los usuarios, y contribuir a la creación de mercados más eficientes en Internet, donde la información curricular pueda complementarse con otro tipo de características personales. Estas iniciativas se unen a otras también nacidas en España hace algunos años como son Catenon y SNtalent " señala Diego Gutierrez.
