Banco Sabadell crea el fondo Aurica III para ayudar a la internacionalización de las pymes

Sabadell ha lanzado el fondo de €150M para invertir en proyectos de crecimiento en el mercado exterior. De los €150M, 50M serán aportados por Sabadell y el resto por family offices e inversores institucionales. Además ha ampliado capital para comprar TSB.

Este fondo pertenece  Aurica capital desarrollo, antiguo Sabadell Solbank inversión que fue comprado por Sabadell al banco Lloyds España en 2013.

 Sadabell cambiará el régimen legal de la gestora para que deje de ser una Sociedad Gestora de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva (SGIIC) y se transforme en una Sociedad Gestora de Entidades de Inversión Colectiva de tipo Cerrado (SGEICC), tal y como establece la nueva normativa de capital riesgo en España.

Tras vender las acciones que controlaba en Comsa Emte, Telstar y Eurofragance, Aurica XXI –que contó con unos recursos de 150 millones en esta última fase– mantiene ahora una cartera de cuatro participadas: Intermas Nets (20%), Saria Bio Industries (inferior al 10%), Luxiona (20%) y la francesa Laboratorios Uriage (5%).

Sabadell amplia capital en 1600M para comprar TSB

Sabadell ha comprado el 9,9% del banco británico TSB a su principal accionista LLoyds. Además Lloyds le otorga una opción para adquirir el resto de las acciones antes del 2016.

La ampliación de capital se realizará independientemente que se llegue a realizar la opción de compra.

El consejo de administración del Sabadell también  ha nombrado recientemente a José Manuel Lara García como nuevo consejero del banco. El nombramiento por cooptación como consejero independiente servirá para cubrir el puesto de su padre, José Manuel Lara Bosch, fallecido en enero pasado.
