Ofertia y Tectronic: Desinversiones en el sector IT

Según el informe De Ascri 2015 en el 2015 se ha producido un record de desinversiones en nuestro país, en parte por el protagonismo que están teniendo los grupos internacionales. En el mes de Mayo dos fondos españoles: Finaves y Dinamia han desinvertido en empresas del sector Tics, dando entrada a grupos internacionales.

Finaves ha desinvertido en Ofertia

Finaves, el fondo de capital riesgo del IESE ha desinvertido en Ofertia a favor de Bonial Internacional Group, que ha decidido invertir en Ofertia como parte de su estrategia de expansión.

Ofertia ofrece en  dispositivos móviles y aplicaciones los catálogos de distribuidores como Dia, El Cortes Ingles, Carrefour o Mediamark y mide las lecturas de cada uno de ellos a cambio de una cuota.

“Este año el fondo ha tomado una participación minoritaria en la tienda online Almashopping, ha invertido en Nevemtum, la empresa de diseño de stands y ha inyectado 250.000€ en BidAway” comenta Diego Gutierrez de Abra-Invest.

Dinamia desinvierte en Teltronic

Dinamia, vende el 100% de su filial Teltronic a Sepura por un precio alrededor de €24M.

Teltronic, es una empresa aragonesa  especializada en fabricar equipos y sistemas de comunicaciones de radio.

Dinamia ha logrado con esta venta una plusvalía de 14,5 millones de euros, ya que ha recuperado 2,4 veces la inversión realizada. De esta operación se beneficiarán los accionistas de la sociedad, que recibirán un dividendo de 0,3 millones, por encima de los 3 millones garantizados como mínimo por la junta de accionistas.

Sepura es un grupo londinense que diseña y desarrolla terminales digitales Fijas, Móviles y Portátiles para los sistemas de Seguridad Publica, Transporte e Industria.
