Recientemente hemos estado estudiando el anuario de la Asociación de Capital Riesgo 2012. En él se habla de todos los sectores, pero nosotros nos hemos detenido en uno de los sectores con actividad más creciente como es el TICS. Nuestro objetivo ha sido realizar un análisis de cuál ha sido su evolución durante el último año 2011.

De los fondos públicos destacan: AXIS para los proyectos de mayor desarrollo y en rondas más grandes, y CDTI para proyectos en fase de desarrollo de producto.

De los fondos privados más activos destacan:

  1. Inveready: con 8 operaciones, todas ellas de software o internet, de tamaño entre 200-500k€ en fase semilla o startup. Su principal valor es la maximización de la financiación y subvención pública.
  2. Nauta capital: Siendo el principal player en proyectos de expansión habiendo realizado los proyectos de mayor aportación como en la empresa de software ijento con 2.900k€ y los 2.600k€ en Eyeview la tecnología que permite personalizar los contenidos publicitarios en vídeo.
  3. Caixa capital risk: el más prolífero con más de 20 operaciones de tipología muy variada y de importe sin especificar.

La operación de mayor relevancia por tamaño ha sido la protagonizada por Espiga capital en la compra de la empresa de descarga de software online softonic por 7.100k€ mediante “replacement” o sustitución de alguno de los socios anteriores.
