Las empresas Vascas están activas. Las empresas industriales Jauregui y Teknia han salido de compras para consolidar sus carteras de clientes. Además la empresa de cervezas la Salve ha recibido el apoyo de Mahou para poder construir su propia fábrica en Bilbao. Además las empresas vascas, como la tecnológica ticketbits,  también estan recibiendo el apoyo de los inversores.

Jauregui compra Tacomi

El grupo empresarial vasco Jáuregui, dedicado al montaje y mantenimiento de tuberías y calderas, ha adquirido la compañía vizcaína Tacomi, empresa que centra su actividad en  el sector de la ingeniería, montaje y mantenimiento industrial. Ambas empresas se encuentran en Derio.

Con esta operación, el Grupo Jauregui busca ampliar y  consolidar su cartera de clientes en el País Vasco aprovechando el posicionamiento de Tacomi  en las áreas de Montaje, Operación y Mantenimiento Industrial.

Teknia compra la mexicana Samco

La empresa Vizcaina Teknia, dedicada a la fabricación de componentes para el sector de la automoción, ha adquirido Samco, empresa de tecnologías de mecanizado.

“Esta compra se enmarca  dentro de la estrategia de expansión de Teknia para el 2015, que ha anunciado que invertirá en adquisiciones para el 2015 una parte del presupuesto total dentro de su plan de expansión” afirma Diego Gutierrez de Abra-Invest.

Teknia ya compró en enero la compañía serbia Promotor Irva, ubicada en Kragujevac, una de las zonas con más desarrollo industrial del país,

Promotor Irva se dedica a la manufacturación dentro de procesos de estampación e inyección de plástico, principalmente para la fabricación de Car Jacks.

Mahou San Miguel compra un 25% de la salve

Mahou San Miguel ha entrado en el accionariado de la empresa bilbaína La Salve, con una participación del 25%, lo que impulsará el plan estratégico con la construcción de una fábrica propia en Bilbao.

La  cerveza la Salve lleva 8 meses en el mercado y ha está presente en más de 300 puntos de venta.

Ticketbits cierra una ronda de €3M

Ticketbits la empresa de venta de entradas ha cerrado su quinta ronda de financiación por €3M. En la ronda han participado varios inversores que ya eran socios como la empresa de capital riesgo Active Venture Partners, el inversor francés Fabrice Grinda o el español José Marín (IG Expansion).

La ronda tiene como objetivo el fortalecimiento de Ticketbit en el portal móvil, además de crecer en nuevos mercados.
