Nuevas tendencias de inversión: Industria 5.0

Ha pasado menos de una década desde que el concepto de Industria 4.0 se afianzó. A pesar de ello, algunos visionarios ya se están centrando en la próxima revolución industrial, la Industria 5.0. Esta revolución tecnológica pretende potenciar la transformación del sector industrial en espacios inteligentes basados en IoT y en computación cognitiva. Dicha tecnología trata de unir máquinas y humanos o, en otras palabras, desarrollar la Inteligencia Artificial para que pueda realizar procesos similares a los que ejecuta el pensamiento humano. 

La Industria 5.0 pone el énfasis en la colaboración entre máquinas y humanos para mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia. Estos profesionales deben estar adaptados a trabajar codo con codo con máquinas inteligentes. Sabiendo esto, echemos un vistazo a cómo será la Industria 5.0. 

Con la fábrica 5.0 ha aparecido la figura del Chief Robotics Officer. Se trata de una persona especializada en la interacción entre máquinas y operarios, que además posee conocimientos en áreas como la robótica o la Inteligencia artificial. Su rol en la empresa supone tomar decisiones alrededor de estos factores. 

Al volver a colocar a los seres humanos en el centro de la producción industrial, con la ayuda de una nueva generación de herramientas como los robots colaborativos, la industria 5.0 no solo brindará a los consumidores los productos que desean, sino que también creará empleos para los trabajadores que sean más significativos que los trabajos repetitivos de fábrica tradicionales. Para 2030 se espera que los robots y la digitalización terminen con 470,000 empleos, mientras que potencialmente crearán 495,000 empleos.  

Respsol ya ha integrado la industria 5.0 en su empresa. El robot se llama AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) se trata de un robot colaborativo que realiza tareas logísticas como el reparto de muestras diarias entre los laboratorios, entrega de materiales desde el almacén, retirada de residuos… Es capaz de moverse entre plantas, abrir puertas y llegar a todos los laboratorios. Cuenta con una capacidad de carga de 100 kg y una autonomía de más de 10h o 20 km gracias a baterías de litio, que recarga de manera autónoma.
