Enisa 2015: prestamos participativos para empresas

El pasado 24 de abril el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo (MINETUR) suscribió  3 acuerdos con Enisa con el objetivo de fijar  las características y presupuestos disponibles para las líneas de financiación 2015. El Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo destinará a este fin €98,319M.

Objetivo y tipo de ayudas

Las líneas de financiación de Enisa, a través de préstamos participativos, están destinadas a proporcionar financiación a largo plazo a emprendedores y empresas que contribuyan a la generación de empleo en sectores de alto potencial y futuro en los próximos años. Se estima que se dará cobertura, a través de las líneas que gestiona Enisa, a más de 600 proyectos empresariales.

Los préstamos participativos se distribuirán entre las diferentes líneas de financiación destinadas a Jóvenes Emprendedores, Emprendedores y Pymes, sin exigir más garantías que las del propio proyecto empresarial, con importes desde 25.000 € al 1.500.000 €.

En el 2014 El número de operaciones desembolsadas a través de estas líneas ha sido 541, con una inversión de 63.866.450 €.

Además de estas líneas, existe una nueva línea para a apoyar financieramente a las empresas de la industria aeronáutica y aeroespacial y sectores auxiliares o conexos, que lleven a cabo proyectos empresariales cuyo resultado sea un avance tecnológico en la obtención de nuevos productos, procesos, servicios o una mejora sustancial de los ya existentes.

El importe máximo del préstamos será de 1.500.000 €. Los tipos de interés tendrán 2 tramos, en el primero será el Euribor +3,75% de diferencial y el segundo  tendrá un interés variable en función de la rentabilidad financiera de la empresa, con un límite máximo establecido de acuerdo con el rating de la operación hasta un 6%.
