Corsica Partners, con su capacidad de inversión, permite el crecimiento a los desarrolladores técnicos financiando sus proyectos. A la vez Corsica ofrece a sus inversores rentabilidades atractivas con unos riesgos muy medidos.

El sector de la eficiencia energética presenta una gran oportunidad de desarrollo debido a:

- Unos costes energéticos en alza

- Una tecnología contrastada y de garantía que ofrece capacidades de ahorro significativas.

- Multitud de agentes de alta cualificación como auditorías, ingenierías, instaladores y mantenedores.

Pero la realidad es que la implantación de dichas medidas de ahorro está siendo a ritmo lento debido a:

- Falta de acceso a financiación

- Necesidad de modelos contractuales robustos

- Dificultad con la cultura del cliente ante la modalidad del contrato ESE.
