Sobre Sistel

Sistel es una empresa de servicios de asesoramiento para proyectos estratégicos y para el diseño y despliegue de infraestructuras de sistemas, servidores y gestión de almacenamiento, computación, software de gestión (ERP/CRM) y servicios basados en el análisis de datos (cuadros de mando, análisis predictivo y big data).

Con sede en Alicante, Sistel cuenta con delegaciones comerciales en Valencia, Castellón, Murcia, Madrid y Andalucía, desde las que ofrece servicios a empresas e instituciones de toda España.

Su actividad se divide en cuatro áreas de negocio: Business Platform, Business Analytics, Business Software Solutions y Business Management. Esta última, que engloba todas las soluciones de gestión del negocio, con propuestas para ERP, CRM, gestión de tesorería, planificación avanzada de la producción y gestión del e-commerce, crecerá por encima del 40% en este ejercicio y se consolida como una pieza fundamental para Sistel en su visión de transformación digital.

Sistel compra la división de Sage_X3 a Trece

La consultora IT alicantina Sistel ha adquirido la división de consultoría de Sage_X3 de la valenciana Trece Consultoría y Servicios, en un nuevo paso en su trayectoria de crecimiento. Así, el equipo consultor dedicado al software de Sage se integrará en el área de Business Management de Sistel, liderada por Francisco Bernal.

El acuerdo de compra incluye la incorporación a Sistel del actual centro de trabajo de Trece Consultoría y Servicios en Valencia, ubicado en la zona de la Ciudad de Las Artes y las Ciencias, que pasa a ser la nueva sede de la consultora TIC en la capital valenciana.

La nueva adquisición permite a Sistel ofrecer sus servicios con un mayor nivel de atención y soporte a sus clientes de la Comunidad Valenciana, al contar ahora con sedes en Alicante, Villarreal y Valencia.
