Gartner, Softbank Digital dimension: Los inversores extranjeros se interesan por las tecnológicas españolas

En los últimos meses hemos visto como grandes tecnológicas internacionales han puesto su mirada en startups Españolas. Entre las operaciones que se han realizado destacamos la compra de Nubera por parte de Gartner, la de Beabloo por parte de Softbank y la compra de Nexica por Digital Dimension.

Gartner compra Nubera

Gartner, la consultora creadora de los famosos ‘Magic quadrants‘, que sitúan a las tecnológicas de mayor crecimiento y talento en múltiples sectores, ha decidido apostar por una de ellas: Nubera.

Nubera es una startup de Barcelona que ha desarrollado Getapp, una plataforma para la selección de software y aplicaciones para empresas.

Nubera era una de las participadas por Nauta capital, que en 2011 lideró una ronda de inversión de 1,1 millones de euros en la compañía. 

La compra de Nubera está en línea con la estrategia de Gartner de invertir en servicios y productos de primera clase que ayuden a los clientes a tomar cada día las mejores decisiones relacionadas con la tecnología.

Softbank invierte en Beabloo

Softbank, la compañía Japonesa que compró Sprint en EEUU y es dueño del 32,59% de Alibaba y del 54,9% de SuperCell ahora ha decidido invertir en España, liderando una ronda de inversión de €10 M en la compañía tecnológica catalana Beabloo. Beabloo es especialista en combinar soluciones de marketing digital multicanal y big data en el entorno de retail.

En la ronda también han participado  Baozun Commerce, proveedor de soluciones de comercio electrónico y empresa participada por Softbank, y un inversor chino.

“Esta ronda es una gran oportunidad para Beabloo, que gracias a los fondos obtenidos conseguirá realizar proyectos de mayor escala y acceder al mercado asiático” afirma Diego Gutierrez de Abra-invest.

Digital Dimension compra Nexica

 Nexica, compañía especializada en servicios en la nube o cloud computing, acaba de pasar a manos de la compañía francesa Digital Dimension.

Nacida en 1996 , Nexica es el líder español en tecnología y servicios en cloud computing con clientes como Danone, Font Vella, Banco de España,

“Tras la entrada de Digital Dimension, la previsión de Nexica es adquirir una compañía en España durante este año y conseguir liderar el mercado de cloud en España” afirma Diego Gutierrez.

Digital Dimension es una firma francesa que  diseña, financia y asesora a firmas en su transformación digital. En los últimos años ha adquirido varias firmas tecnológicas europeas entre las que destacan Rayonnace, ASP Serveur , ETS, TACTEM y Norcod.
