Konecta compra el grupo de empresas de inteligencia artificial Rockethall

Konecta, la multinacional tecnológica de soluciones integrales de BPO y Relación Cliente, ha adquirido el grupo de empresas Rockethall, una de las principales compañías en la prestación de servicios de marketing digital en España, además de las soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y Big Data. 

Konecta es una organización orientada a la excelencia en la gestión de la experiencia de cliente y la innovación, que presta servicios integrales de outsourcing a través de un modelo sostenible que contribuye a crear valor para los accionistas, clientes y empleados, manteniendo un amplio compromiso con el medioambiente y la sociedad.  

Rockethall ayuda a disyuntores tecnológicos con equipos e ideas excepcionales que imaginan grandes compañías orientadas a la transformación digital de empresas y servicios, implementan mejores prácticas de gestión gracias a la experiencia adquirida en el desarrollo operativo de compañías y potencian el crecimiento de las empresas en las que invierten mejorando su posición competitiva y ayudándoles en su proceso de internacionalización. 

Gracias a esta compra, Konecta alcanza dos de los tres objetivos marcados a corto plazo tras la entrada de ICG en el accionariado en 2019, alcanzar una facturación de 1.000 millones de euros e invertir en Inteligencia Artificial y Big Data. Actualmente continúan trabajado en su tercer objetivo, posicionarse en el mercado de EEUU. 

La compañía con la integración de Rockethall alcanzará una facturación de 1.000 millones de euros, ya que, Rockethall prevé una facturación de más de 100 millones de euros en 2020, además cuenta con una plantilla que supera los 6.300 empleados, que se sumarán a los más de 65.000 del Grupo Konecta 

Konecta también refuerza su oferta con más tecnologías basadas en Inteligencia Artificial, Big Data y las tecnologías aplicadas al marketing digital, centradas en la optimización de generación de demanda obteniendo altos rendimientos en conversión de captación en ventas. Todo ello se suma al lanzamiento de la solución Konecta Cloud, el servicio de la multinacional en la nube que combina operaciones, tecnología y seguridad.
