Segun TTR, El mercado transaccional Mexicano ha empezado el 2015 con buenas cifras, siendo el país latinoamericano que más operaciones de importe superior a $500M ha cerrado en Enero.

 Menos operaciones, más importe

El volumen de inversión en Enero fue de $8850.9 M, lo que supone un 725% más que el mismo periodo del año anterior. Esta cifra se debe a que se han cerrado operaciones de grandes importes, ya que el numero de transacciones este mes 22, ha sido menor que el número de operaciones cerradas en Enero de 2014.

Protagonismo de las grandes operaciones

Las operaciones de más de de $500M han sido las grandes protagonistas del inicio del 2015.Se han realizado 6 operaciones por un importe total de $9.53B, cifra que supera las 3 operaciones realizadas en el mismo periodo del año anterior, $3.78B.

Entre las operaciones más importantes tenemos el segmento de la distribución como protagonista, Los supermercados Soriana han adquirido Controladora comercial Mexicana por $2676M.

“Así Soriana, que ya había adquirido 198 establecimientos de Gigante por 1350M$, se hace con el 22% del mercado de la distribución en México, ocupando el segundo puesto después de  Walmart , la mayor cadena minorista de México” comenta Diego de ABRA INVEST.

 Otra de las grandes compradores es la empresa de telecomunicación AT&T,  que ha  comprado de la filial mexicana de NII Holdings, Nextel, por $1,875 M.

Tras la adquisición de Iusacell por $2,500 M y Nextel, la estadounidense AT&T se convierte en la segunda telefónica más grande en términos de ingresos dentro del mercado mexicano, por arriba de Telefónica-Movistar

La tercera compraventa de relevancia durante enero, también está enmarcada en el sector de las telecomunicaciones,  Grupo Televisa ha acordado la compra de   Cablevisión Red y su marca comercial Telecable por $687 M,  aunque todavía espera el visto bueno de las autoridades regulatorias.
