Eurostars, una oportunidad de financiación para proyectos I+D entre Pymes

Se ha abierto la convocatoria Eurostars que tiene como objetivo ayudar  a las pequeñas y medianas empresas en el desarrollo de productos, servicios y/o procesos innovadores para que puedan ser introducidos y comercializados en el mercado e impulsar así la competitividad del tejido empresarial europeo. Estas ayudas están promovidas entre la iniciativa Eureka y la Comisión Europea a través de Horizonte 2020. La convocatoria estará abierta hasta el 18 de Febrero de 2016 y se presenta en 2 fases.

Requisitos de los beneficiarios

El programa Eurostars requiere ir en consorcio de mínimo dos empresas europeas independientes.

los proyectos que tendrán una duración máxima de 36 meses, el líder del proyecto tiene que ser una pyme, de un país “Eurostars” que realice actividades de I+D. El proyecto incluye al menos dos entidades independientes jurídicamente entre sí. Además el presupuesto de la (s) PYME(s) participantes perteneciente al país o países Eurostars debe suponer al menos el 50% del presupuesto total del proyecto.

Modalidad de la ayuda

Subvención que varía según el tipo de proyecto.

Para los proyectos de desarrollo experimental: el 25% de los costes subvencionables del proyecto.

Para los proyectos de investigación industrial: el 50% de los costes subvencionables del proyecto.

Además, la intensidad de la ayuda podrá aumentarse hasta un máximo del 80% de los costes subvencionables, como se indica a continuación:

a) en 10% para medianas empresas y en 20% para pequeñas empresas;

b) en 15% si  el proyecto implique una colaboración efectiva o que los resultados del proyecto se difundan por medio de conferencias o publicaciones.
