More than 25 years of digital signage experience with TMM Communication
TMM Communicationbased in Montigny le Bretonneux (Paris, France), has more than 25 years of experience in the digital signage sector and has completed nearly 4,000 projects in 10 countries.
TMM Communication's role is to advise, design and implement digital media and display projects. With many years of experience in the dynamic display sector and thanks to its multidisciplinary teams, TMM Communication has become the expert architect for digital media projects, from content creation and design to implementation and maintenance. Composed of a research department, it provides the best screens, players and software solutions for each project.
The company currently has 50 employees and a turnover of 10 million euros. Among its most famous clients are companies such as Galeries Lafayette, Carrefour, Lagardere Travel Retail, Estee Lauder, BNP Paribas, LCL, Citroen, Mercedes-Benz, Avis, Sanofi, Danone, Veolia, Air France or SAP.
Trison as an investment company
The Galician Trisonspecialising in shop digitalisation, has completed the acquisition of TMM Communication, with which it intends to boost its international business. The firm is a leader in the sector and digitises the shops of the Inditex group, its main client, representing 70% of the business. It is estimated that the purchase will increase Trison's turnover by 20% (currently at 52 million euros) and close the year with double-digit growth.
Founded in 1999 and based in A Coruña, Trison provides retail establishments with of display and sound systems that digitise shops, seeking to improve the shopping experience. Even with aromas, through its Akewuele line. It has clients all over the world such as Porsche, New Balance, Adidas and Ikea, as well as the aforementioned Inditex.
It has also inaugurated a new stage in its business in Catalonia with the opening of offices in Barcelona, which include a digital laboratory in which it has invested more than one million euros and in which it will promote new products, while at the same time acting as a showroom.
Alberto Cáceres, CEO of the group, explained that Trison's idea is to continue growing through three key concepts: innovation as the main key, diversification and internationalisation. The purchase of TMM Communication will further enhance this aspect, as well as deepen the management and creation of content.
