CINELUX

Founded in 1988, with its headquarters in Madrid and two subsidiaries in Barcelona, it is the largest operator and market leader in the rental of lighting equipment for television, fiction, cinema and events..

The transaction is valued at €45m, which will enable the pharma company to enhance its growth through the development and innovation of new diagnostic products and treatments, and to enter new segments, both domestically and internationally.

To this end, Diater plans to strengthen its production facilities and to source the main raw materials.
