Why did you decide to buy these companies? Growth by acquisition in a mature sector
With a turnover of €213M, a workforce of more than 2,700 professionals and a direct presence in Europe, Latin America, USA, Middle East and Africa, Seidor is one of the main service partners of SAP, IBM, Microsoft and Adobe, especially in Spain and Latin America, but it is not satisfied with this and also wants to become one of the world leaders.
"We are excited about these two acquisitions, which consolidate our position as one of the most important partners in the Midwest and position us to become a key player in the SAP Business One environment in the United States," said Tomás Fertig, head of Seidor in the United States.
The Sap market is a mature market, especially in the US where there are many competitors and growing through innovation is difficult, which is why Seidor, which already provided SAP services in the US, has decided to grow through new acquisitions in the country.
