On 22 June 2021, BSG acquires Externalia for 100%. Baker Tilly Corporate Finance advised the Externalia team on this transaction.

Through this sale, Externalia responds to the need to implement software for the management of subcontracting and prevention without forgetting value-added services such as the outsourcing of document validation by developing the best modular CAE management software. On the other hand, BSG incorporates a new category of solutions and strengthens its position as a manufacturer of business management software and solutions in the regulatory field.

Based in Vitoria-gasteiz, Externalia is a software development company that creates scalable solutions that adapt to the working model of each client. Thus was born eGestiona, an application that automates the management of business knowledge in: Coordination, Access Control, Prevention, Quality, Environment and Legislation.

Buyer: Business Software Group S.L.

Headquartered in Barcelona, BSG is developing its growth plan through acquisitions. The group will also continue to strengthen its technical solvency in the development and implementation of its own and third-party solutions.
