Baker Tilly formalizó un acuerdo con Abra Invest, firma que ofrece servicios de Corporate Finance y de M&A especializada en el sector tecnológico. Baker Tilly está trabajando por unos años con Abra Invest y a partir de hoy, Abra Invest forma parte de la marca Baker Tilly. Esta integración complementa su experiencia existente en el sector industrial con la especialización en empresas de sectores de alto crecimiento o con componente intensivo en tecnología aportada por Abra Invest.

En 2019 se han cerrado seis operaciones, la más reciente de las cuales es la financiación de la estrategia de crecimiento de Imaweb, empresa pionera de software en el sector de la automoción.
