Baker Tilly formalizó un acuerdo con Abra Invest, firma que ofrece servicios de Corporate Finance y de M&A especializada en el sector tecnológico. Abra Invest was established in 2010, and currently has its headquarters in the Basque Country and offices in Madrid and Barcelona. It is led by Diego Gutiérrez Zarza, founder and CEO of the firm, contributing his sectorial knowledge in technology throughout Baker Tilly's International network in the Coporate Finance division.

Six deals were closed in 2019, the most recent of which is the financing of the growth strategy of Imaweb, a pioneering software company in the automotive sector.

Diego Gutiérrez Zarza, partner in the Corporate Finance area says: "We have advised the shareholders of Imaweb in the negotiations with Providence. It has been a great learning experience to negotiate with an international investor with so much experience in software companies.
