El fondo español Seaya Ventures lidera una ronda en Yogome , empresa de Edtech

Yogome ha recibido una inversión de $6M (5,4 millones de euros) de Seaya Ventures, el fondo español de capital riesgo liderado por Beatriz González y Michael Kleindl. En esta ronda Serie A también han participado Variv Capital y Endeavor Catalyst con otros 600.000$.
Sobre YoGoMe

Yogome, es una startup mexicana, que  cuenta con una colección de 1.000 minijuegos y seis apps para niños de 6 a 11 años, que han sido avalados por la Universidad de Yale. Estos juegos impulsan el aprendizaje personalizado a través de una metodología basada en juegos y personajes.

El 95% de los clientes de Yogome están distribuidos entre EE UU, América Latina y el Sudeste Asiático y tiene presencia en más de 50 países. Sus contenidos están disponibles en inglés, español, portugués y chino.

Yogome, ya había recibido anteriormente €4M y puede presumir de convertirse en la primera startup 100% mexicana, fuera del área fintech, en levantar Serie A, la más grande hasta el momento para una compañía de educación digital (edtech) de México.

Sobre la ronda de inversión recibida

Los fondos obtenidos en esta ronda permitirán a la empresa expandir su negocio a China, Corea y Japón y alcanzar el millón de suscriptores. Por el momento, Yogome , tiene sede en México y EEUU. “Queremos ser líder mundial y para ello estamos innovando todos los días. Estamos en un espacio de alto crecimiento y con la inversión de Seaya Ventures, un fondo global, con una trayectoria probada y un equipo experto en escalar, estamos convencidos de que tenemos los elementos necesarios para lograrlo”.
